Spinnaker introduces expanded film line

Spinnaker now offers premium pressure sensitive film products for offset and HP Indigo.

A 3.4 mil TC Flex White Vinyl for conventional offset printing is available in both a permanent and ultra removable construction. The permanent provides excellent conformability and adhesion to irregular surfaces and 2-year durability, while the ultra removable can be considered as an alternative to static cling in some situations providing up to 1-year removability. The product is manufactured with an 80# scored or 0-split liner and is stocked in several sizes. This semi gloss facestock yields exceptional print results, is Cadmium-free, and compliant with CONEG regulations.

Also available is a 3.0 mil top coated White Polypropylene for offset printing. The facestock is designed for easy printing and quick drying; is a cost effective alternative to vinyl; can be recycled with any plastic bottle made with PP, HDPE, or LDPE; and is compliant with CONEG, toy safety, and indirect food contact regulations. The product is stocked with a permanent adhesive and has outdoor durability of 3 to 6 months, depending on climatic conditions.

4.0 mil TC Clear and 3.5 mil Gloss White DigiFilm™ Vinyl for HP Indigo sheet-fed printing accepts Indigo Electro-inks and has a 12-month "print by" shelf life. The clear material is stocked with a versatile ultra removable adhesive that can be considered as an alternative to static cling and has up to 1-year removability. The white product is stocked with the same ultra removable adhesive along with a permanent adhesive that provides excellent conformability and adhesion to irregular surfaces.
